Refund Policy

14-day refund before download

Because the watermarked preview shows you exactly what you are buying before you pay, refunds should rarely be needed. Still, if you paid and have not downloaded or printed the unlocked card, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

After download

If something is genuinely wrong with your card (for example, the card shows a materially different vehicle than the VIN you entered), contact us within 30 days and we will either fix it or refund you.

How to request

Email support@vinwindowsticker.com with the VIN and the order reference from your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
